Managed and mentored a Design team responsible for defining framework for Conversational User Experience for Enterprise.
Led co-creation with Nestlé, RedBull, and Steelcase, for their accounting, marketing planning [↖︎], and warehouse management software respectively.
My experience also includes education space at Chegg, PandaTree.com [↖︎], Citrus Lane, and Stanford d.school [↖︎], e-commerce at eBay and Yahoo!
Clover’s point-of-sale and business management system my team worked on:
Powered more than 700K small and medium-size businesses to run their operations.
Processed $313 billion in GPV.
Contributed to 25% YoY company growth.
SAP’s marketing planning software co-created with RedBull was implemented in its 89 locations worldwide.
